90 Glorious Miles
Talk by Chris Grogan.
Friday, April 28th, 19.30. Friends Meeting House, Settle.
£3.00 includes light refreshments.

Join Chris Grogan for an entertaining, illustrated talk about how a Dales farm girl who thought hikers were nuts came to co-devise a popular long distance walk.

In 2007 Chris and her husband Tony set off to walk from Saltaire to Appleby-in-Westmorland following what is now A Dales High Way. Ten years on this challenging route is attracting walkers from all over the world.

Ride2stride walkers can sample a short section of A Dales High Way on Saturday April 29th.
