Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier.
(UK) Just browse our store, and add
any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. View the cart at
any time to review your order. After you have finished your selection,
click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need
to be able to complete the order.
(OVERSEAS) Please select
the "Overseas customers" page and add
any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. View the cart at

postage & packing costs.
All financial transactions are operated via PayPal, a secure third
party agent. None of your personal financial details are shared with us.
We accept, via PayPal, the following credit and debit cards: Visa,
Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Visa Debit and Solo.
If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver any product, you will be
given a full refund for the cost of that item.
All books are sold within and distributed from the United Kingdom using
the currency of £sterling. There are no VAT charges on book purchases made within the UK; the price of all other products includes any
VAT due at 20%.
Please note that any agreement between us will be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and, by
ordering copies of books, maps or items of merchandise from
www.skyware.co.uk, you agree to this and submit to the non-exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Shipping And Handling
(UK) Orders are
normally dispatched the next working day by first class post. All products are sold at the price indicated within this website
(www.skyware.co.uk) and include free postage and packing on all online
orders.
(OVERSEAS) Orders are normally dispatched the next working day
by Airmail. All products are sold at the price indicated within this
website (www.skyware.co.uk) plus the post and packing charges indicated
against each item.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will
always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather
not wait.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products you have ordered
then please return them to us in perfect condition within 7 days of
delivery and we will either replace them (in the case of a production
fault) or refund your payment. This policy is in accordance with the
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
